This means that We are primarily responsible for the processing of Personal Data about Our Users and Dataset Subjects.
PLEASE NOTE: The Personal Data collected by the Users of the Platform is controlled by such Users, and not by the Company, which is considered a data processor in respect of the processing of such data. Therefore, this Policy does not apply to such Personal Data, but rather the privacy policies of the Users of the Platform apply to such data.

We collect Personal Data about Users whenever they use Our services (including, but not limited to, the Platform and/or Services), and/or contact Us. Dataset Subjects:
The Dataset Services include information that was gathered from publically available web pages, which contain publically available social media profiles, and that matches the requirements of the Dataset Services that We offer to Our Users.
